Orange + Cinnamon Hand Soak
A small sweet ritual to soften what’s been carrying too much.
You’ll Need:
1 large bowl of warm water
2–3 slices of fresh orange
1 tsp ground or whole cinnamon
Optional: 1 tsp honey or a few drops of lavender essential oil
Instructions:
Add the orange slices and cinnamon to warm water.
Place your hands in the bowl and breathe deeply for 5–10 minutes.
Let yourself soften. Let the sweetness rise.
