Orange + Cinnamon Hand Soak

A small sweet ritual to soften what’s been carrying too much.

You’ll Need:

  • 1 large bowl of warm water

  • 2–3 slices of fresh orange

  • 1 tsp ground or whole cinnamon

  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or a few drops of lavender essential oil

Instructions:

  1. Add the orange slices and cinnamon to warm water.

  2. Place your hands in the bowl and breathe deeply for 5–10 minutes.

  3. Let yourself soften. Let the sweetness rise.
