Honey Fact of the Month: NovemberTheme: Caregiving Month + Gratitude + Legacy Building

Honey Fact:
November is National Family Caregivers Month — a time to recognize, uplift, and support the 53 million+ caregivers in the U.S.
And while many prepare for holidays, caregivers are often navigating grief, logistics, tight budgets, and chronic exhaustion.

Why It Matters:
Caregiving is love in motion.
It’s not just changing sheets or filling prescriptions — it’s advocacy, protection, and showing up again and again with an empty cup.

Caregivers deserve more than thanks.
We deserve systems that support, policies that protect, and communities that see us.

Personal Truth:
I am a caregiver.
This month, I name it boldly — not as weakness, but as witness.
This is why The Sweet Between exists: to give caregivers a soft place to land and a voice that says, you’re not invisible.
